Aaviara Bling offers jewellery products, including products made from 925 Sterling Silver.

Product photographs are intended to represent the products accurately. However, minor differences in appearance may occur because of photography, lighting, screen settings and manufacturing characteristics.

Where applicable, certification relating to 925 Sterling Silver is provided with the product.

3. Product Colour and Finish

Jewellery may naturally experience changes in appearance over time due to use, environmental conditions, chemicals, cosmetics, moisture and other factors.

Our applicable 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and the specific colour-removal/fading issue described in our warranty terms, subject to verification.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to contact you to confirm order or delivery information where necessary.

An order may be cancelled or declined in situations including suspected fraud, incorrect information, product availability issues or other legitimate operational reasons.

5. Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days, subject to the destination, courier operations, holidays, weather, unforeseen events and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping is currently available within India.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

8. Returns and Refunds

Aaviara Bling does not accept general returns or exchanges.

Refunds may be provided for eligible cases such as a verified wrong product, qualifying transit damage, or eligible failed/returned delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Warranty

Aaviara Bling provides a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects and colour removal/fading of the jewellery, subject to verification and the applicable warranty conditions.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, scratches or damage caused by chemicals or other external factors.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, product descriptions and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Aaviara Bling unless otherwise stated.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation

Aaviara Bling will take reasonable measures to provide accurate product and service information. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely free from technical issues.
